Peter Allen Mann

Peter Allen Mann is a Navy Surface Warfare Officer (retired), former Fortune 100 director (Dell, Tech Data), and founder/CEO of Oransi, a U.S. air-purification and motor-technology manufacturer. He chairs AHAM's Air Cleaners Council and is the author of two forthcoming Fast Company Press books — The Perception Revolution (August 2026) and The Projection Fallacy (2027).

Peter brings 38 years of operational data — sustaining ~95% annual team retention across military, Fortune 500, and entrepreneurial contexts — to questions of leadership, retention, and neurodiversity at work. Diagnosed autistic at age 55, he reframes neurodivergent talent as a structural design problem rather than an accommodation problem.

Four signature talks.

TOPIC 01

The Perception Revolution: Building organizations that don't lose their most innovative people.

Why your most perceptive employees are the first to leave — and what to do about it. The SHIELD framework, drawn from 37 years of operational practice, reframes retention as a perception problem rather than a compensation problem.

Best for: C-suite, HR leadership, board audiences.

TOPIC 02

The 25/25 Collision: Why workplace conflict is structural, not personal.

When ~25% of leaders display predatory behavior and ~25% of employees are wired to detect it, the friction is not accidental. A mechanism-level explanation of why "culture fit" filters out the talent organizations most need, with operational evidence and a path forward.

Best for: Management training, leadership development programs, mid-career manager audiences.

TOPIC 03

Universal Design for Cognition: Optimizing workplaces for the 30% who process differently.

Designing organizations for neurodivergent and highly-perceptive employees doesn't mean special programs — it means structural redesign that benefits everyone. A framework-level talk on what changes when neurodivergent cognition shapes the system rather than adapting to it.

Best for: DEI summits, neurodiversity-at-work conferences, association leadership.

TOPIC 04

From the Combat Information Center to the C-Suite: Lessons in leadership under pressure.

A keynote built around three operational moments — a Red Sea deployment, a Fortune 100 turnaround, an autism diagnosis at fifty-five that reframed everything — to draw out principles of authentic leadership that hold under pressure.

Best for: Executive retreats, veteran-business audiences, founder communities.
