About The Perception Revolution
The Perception Revolution is a framework for retention and protection, built from 37 years of operational practice across military, Fortune 500, and founder-led contexts. The diagnosis at fifty-five named the architecture the author had been operating from without realizing it. SHIELD is what came out of trying to teach it.
The book has been excerpted in Chief Executive magazine, endorsed by Kate Malova, PhD (Simon Business School, University of Rochester), and is under manuscript review by Seth Godin and Temple Grandin. A SHIELD validation study is in co-publication with the University of Rochester.
